Ingredients
8 oz. pulled pork
1 pkg Le Sauce Mole De Puebla gourmet finishing sauce
6 small corn tortillas, warmed
2 radishes, thinly sliced
Shredded lettuce
Cotija cheese
Lime wedges for serving
Cilantro
Preparation
In a small sauce pan, warm the Le Sauce Mole De Puebla and pulled pork over med-low heat until warmed through, about 3-4 minutes.
Assemble tacos starting with warm corn tortillas topped with pulled pork.
Sprinkle with cotija cheese, shredded lettuce, a couple sliced radishes, a squeeze of fresh lime juice, and finish with a few cilantro leaves.
