Roasted Poblano & Garlic Crab Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

-4 oz macaroni noodles

-1 tbsp Kosher salt

-1 pkg Le Sauce Roasted Poblano & Garlic Gourmet Finishing Sauce

-4 oz American cheese (such as Velveeta)

-1/2 cup grated Jack cheese (or any white melting cheese)

-6 oz can of crab, drained

-1/2 cup milk or reserved pasta water

-fresh cracked black pepper

Preparation

  1. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil, season pasta water with Kosher salt.

  2. Cook pasta to al dente according to package directions.

  3. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.

  4. Drain pasta, and return pot to stovetop over low heat.

  5. Stir in Le Sauce Roasted Poblano & Garlic sauce, cheeses, drained crab.

  6. Stir in milk or water as needed. Stir often until cheese is all melted.

  7. Season with fresh cracked pepper.
